Concern#1
In the beta-actin panel of Fig.1C, a left band (OP-9) is similar to a right band (OP-9 + anti-BP4).

Concern#2
In the beta-Actin panel of Fig.3B, lane 1 and lane 2 bands from the left are similar.

Concern#3
In Fig.3e, lane 3 and 5 bands from the left of a "alpha-MHC" panel are inappropriately erased, and Lane 1, 4 and 6 of the "alpha-MHC" panel and lane 5 of a "GATA-4" panel are similar to each other.

Concern#4
In the "GATA-4" panel of Fig.3e, lane 1 and lane 6 bands from the left are similar to each other"

Concern#5
In Fig.3e, Lane 1 and 2 image from the left of a GATA-4 panel are a vertically flipped and resized version of lane 1 and 2 image from the left of Nkx2.5 panel.

Concern#6
In Supplementary Figure S3e, the left band of "Nkx2.5 (-)" panel is the same as the right band of "GATA4 BP4-2" panel.

Concern#7
In Supplementary Figure S3f, the left band of beta-actin panel is a resized version of that of Nkx2.5 panel.
